DOUBLE Your Strength in 28 Days [Student Results]

Jonathan Mead

It’s been a month since I started working with Jonathan Mead through my Live Skype Coaching. He’s been doing 3 live sessions with me every week like clock-work. I measured his baseline strength and mobility levels on January 5th, 2015 and retested them on February 2nd, 2015 (28 days later).

I worked hard to build a great program for Jonathan but his results shocked both of us. Don’t get me wrong, he was a badass before we started training together (see pictures), but he still saw massive improvement.

I may have provided the map, but he took the journey, and I think the results speak volumes.

FYI: Was also a badass before he started working with me

Here’s what Jonathan had to say about working with me:

“This first month of training with Justin was the most challenging and focused I’ve ever been in my strength and mobility goals. I was amazed at the results and increase in my progress in just four weeks. It’s a testament to smart programming and hard work. I can’t wait to see where the next few months take me!”

Obviously, I can’t guarantee you’ll make as much improvement as Jonathan made this month.

But I’m a firm believe that progress requires accountability and guidance. How much time have you wasted because you haven’t had a teacher? It doesn’t have to be me, but you need to find a good one ASAP.

It’s time to start building your practice.
