“I started Skype coaching with Justin at a crossroads in my movement training. It’s been the best thing for my movement progress.
I love the direction in which my programming with Justin is heading.
(I wasn’t sure how it would go when I started, I was returning from a lifting injury, I consider myself a visual learner, new movements challenge my proprioception and I have some mobility restrictions. Justin has taken me on as a Skype client with all that and it’s been amazing!)
